There were staffed lifts, and you have to change lifts halfway up (due to the weight of the <a title=\"ultrarope - new lift cable tech\" href=\"http:\/\/www.theregister.co.uk\/2013\/06\/18\/ultrarope_to_enable_1000_meter_buildings\/\" target=\"_blank\">lift cable<\/a> preventing really long lift runs). There were people standing outside the lift to guide you around the corner to the other lift. There were people to take your ticket and touch it to the reader.
